Monsanto, the St Louis-based chemical company that was recently acquired by Bayer, finds itself confronted with a new class action lawsuit. A lawsuit was filed in a Missouri federal court claiming Monsanto engaged in deceptive labeling practices that don’t properly warn consumers about the health effects of products like Roundup Weed & Grass Killer on the human digestive system.
