Attorney Justin Collins founded the Collins Law Firm (“Collins Law Firm LLC”) after spending several years working for a large employer. Justin is equipped to handle a broad range of legal matters, and his subject matter expertise includes the following practice areas: school bullying, personal injury, daycare negligence, product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse/negligence, defective drugs, contract disputes, class actions, lemon law claims, auto accidents, consumer protection claims, arbitration, real estate/construction litigation and for-profit college fraud.
Justin always puts himself in the shoes of the client. Under this approach, Justin works aggressively, tirelessly, and intelligently to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. As importantly, Justin believes that any individual who has been injured, or who has a worthy case, deserves his or her day in court. As a result, Collins Law Firm LLC does NOT charge any payment of a retainer or charge hourly billing for case evaluation to determine if it’s a proper fit for contingency fee representation (where Justin is paid a fractional percentage of the recovery, and for any costs, only if the client receives money for his or her case).
Justin is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he was awarded a bachelor’s and master’s degree. Justin then continued his education at the University of Missouri, where he received his law degree, and also took receipt of Ph.D. and MBA degrees. Collins Law Firm LLC tackles each case in a manner that best helps the client. At Collins Law Firm LLC it’s understood that not every case is meant for trial. Sometimes, settlement makes the most sense for clients. At other times, however, trying the case before a jury is the only way to achieve the right outcome. Either way, Justin best represents what the client wants and then acts to get the largest recovery possible for the client.

Collins Law Firm LLC believes that every client must be allowed his or her day in court. And that philosophy applies even if the client has no money (or doesn’t wish) to pay Collins Law Firm LLC up front. Collins Law Firm LLC will evaluate the case free of charge to determine whether the case qualifies for contingency fee representation.
Under a contingency fee arrangement, the client is not required to pay to Collins Law Firm LLC any money at any time unless Collins Law Firm LLC brings successful recovery. And then, Collins Law Firm LLC only receives a fractional percentage of the recovery for its legal services and for the costs it covered during the litigation.
