Breach of Contract

Verizon must now face the music over allegations that it breached its sales contracts with thousands of its customers. Among other things, its two-year usage agreements with customers for TV, internet and phone service contained undelivered promises. More specifically, verizon promised its customers a host of benefits like Amazon Prime memberships and Echo devices. But it failed to deliver. Now a lawsuit has been filed on behalf of consumers by the Pennsylvania Attorney General claiming that Verizon has breached its user contracts with these many thousands of customers. LINK
